Midsummer 2025
At least once in your life, you must experience a Midsummer celebration in Dalarna. With fiddlers and traditional folk costumes, set against a backdrop of red cottages, wooden fences, pickled herring, and strawberries. Did you know that here we celebrate Midsummer for several weeks? Each little village has its own day for the raising of the maypole—a long-standing tradition that continues to thrive. All so we can celebrate and dance multiple times!
